Driver Drug and Alcohol Training

  • Our training provides a general overview of the alcohol and drug regulations located in the CFR-49 FMCSA handbook based on 40 and 382 guidelines.  It will also provide a review on the effects of alcohol and certain drugs on the body.

Supervisor Reasonable Suspicion Training

  • Our training provides managers and supervisors with the knowledge of how to identify circumstances and indicators that may create reasonable suspicion that a driver is using or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, supporting referral of an employee for testing, based on regulations in the CFR-49 FMCSA handbook in under the 382 guidelines.
